We need help in our parking lot before and after school. A gentle reminder from our Family Handbook: Please remember that if you need to park and walk your student into the building, that you park in a parking slot and walk in the marked crosswalks. We love our kids and know that you do, too. Every child should feel safe at our school. Adults driving driving distracted (cell phone violations, etc.) or parking in the drive through areas, put students at risk. Thank you for taking the time to help us all keep our Junior Huskies safe!
If you have a Smith's Rewards Card, you can designate Midvalley Elementary as your school. Every time you shop, our school gets money. Just follow the link below. Our school code is RL740. It's that easy! (You have to sign up every year, so if you signed up last year, you will need to do it again.) If you have neighbors who don't have students at a school, we'd love to have them join, too! #Money4Kids #MidvalleyCommunityThatCares
Parents and guardians, please join us for a Parent Back to School Night on Thursday, August 31, 7:00-8:00 pm.
Please go directly to your child's classroom upon arrival. We will have a school-wide meeting at 7:00 pm over the intercom for the first few minutes.
Then, teachers will present for 20 minutes about what your child will learn this year. Next, we will change classrooms, for parents with more than one child, and the teachers will repeat their presentation for their classroom for the second session. If you only have one student at our school, you are welcome to leave.
The evening will end at 8:00 pm. Come hear about the great things happening at Midvalley Elementary!
