1. Approve September 2021 minutes

2. Parking Lot – Revisit

We put in a work order for signs including ones in front of Kindergarten.  Hopefully–they will be up by our next meeting.

3.  Title I Transition – Revisit

  • Oct. 1st  – Establish Stakeholder Team
    • a couple of bids out–hopefully–make the decision soon!
    • $18,000 w/ goal of being decided by Nov
    • Innovations Ed w/ Johanna Mayra
  • Jan. 18th – Conduct Comprehensive Needs Assessment
  • May 6th – Develop Comprehensive Schoolwide Plan
  • May 6th – Services  and Resources
  • June 15 – all teachers/staff are Highly Qualified
    • spreadsheet 8 out of 19 staff

4.  Land Trust Final Report 2021

Margaret presented a draft.  Conversation about not allocating funds on devices now that IT will support the school with chromebooks in 2nd – 5th and iPads in K – 1st.

5.  Receive School Safety report and Digital Citizenship report from district and begin discussion

SCC worked through Canyons’ website and data dashboard entry.  SCC discussed safe walking route and parking lot concerns.  SCC will discuss safe walking route further at next SCC meeting.  

6.  October safety drill report and budgets

    1. Cell Tower- $6,832.86
    2. Land Trust –$56,508
    3. TSSP – $21,960
