  • Motion made to approve to approve September minutes – motion passed
  • Review school data that may have come in at end-of-year or over summer, previous year’s plans and current year’s plans
    • Fall Acadience was reviewed
    • Students did well.  SCC reviewed that our goals are based on student growth.
  • Bylaws Update – Action Item
    • SCC noted that required sections were missing from our bylaws.  SCC added them in.  Margaret will update website.
    • Motion made to adopt updated bylaws – motion passes
  • Plans
    • Positive Behavior Plan – SCC reviewed PBP.
    • School Safety Plan – SCC will complete at Nov. meeting
    • Digital Citizenship – SCC will complete at Nov. meeting
    • Safe Walking Route – SCC reviewed Safe Walking Plan.  Capital outlay projects were discussed including additional parking, covered/locked area for bikes, and need for public bike pump and tools.  Areas where families cross unsafely was discussed.  Need for painting on curbs and on playground.  Margaret will update our plan with you

    • SCC discussed that we believe our efforts toward improving attendance are working.  The MTSS behavior aides are having a huge impact which includes making it so the social workers can focus on Tier I push in lessons.
