What are my rights?
As a parent and/or guardian, you and your student have the following educational rights:
- Highly qualified teachers & staff
- Required testing & understand the reason why the tests are given
- Understand the procedure to opt your student out of high stakes testing
- Access to review the Title I Plan
- Reporting of student academic progress
- Individual report cards
- Individual testing results
- Right to be involved in your child’s education

How do we use our Title 1 money?
- Title I monies are spent on an assistant principal, full time psychologist, 2 full time social workers, intervention assistants, extended learning coordinator, technology, family learning center, family events, home visits
