- Review January minutes – Approved January minutes with a motion made by Ms. Marsh and seconded by Ms. Howell.
- Review current year’s LAND Trust plan, data and expenditures and review if on course or if amendments are necessary.
- Margaret shared winter spring Acadience data. There was a lot of growth in math across all grades. Great growth in 4th and 5th grade reading measures.
- Begin writing TSSP and LAND Trust plans for next school year.
- TSSP will be worked on by school and goals/direction shared with SCC for input.
- SCC will write and develop LAND Trust plan to address one or more goals from TSSP.
- Margaret shared BLT’s proposed goals for ELA, math, science, and school climate and BLT’s proposed expenditures. SCC recommended that we add in substitutes to provide teachers with coaching cycles and planning time.
- Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI) Plan – Update
- Margaret shared a data report that showed our RISE scores on our TSI groups. We will prioritize addressing their needs in our upcoming plans.
- Final Reports were submitted
- Margaret submitted our plans.
- Review Positive Behavior Plan
- SCC created our plan for next year. We will look at it at next meeting and then submit it.
- FTE Update
- Margaret shared our current numbers, how many of our new boundary students will be joining us, and explained what our hiring will look like this spring. Time was spent explaining DLI and its impact on FTE allocation.
