- Plans – draft TSSP and Land Trust – Margaret review TSSP, and SCC’s role in creation of plans. SCC discussed goals, action plan, and expenditures. SCC landed on wanting to hear from teachers (BLT) as to what they think about all and having goals that student growth oriented.
- Recess before lunch update – It is going REALLY well! Kids are eating more, lunchroom is more peaceful, there is less recess conflict, teachers have quicker transitions from lunchroom vs playground back to class, and more. The research is correct–recess before lunch is WAY better for students.

- Attendance (12.19) – SCC discussed that illness plays a role in our absenteeism. Ms. Wendy also shared that the social workers are teaching parenting classes every Friday which may help give our families tools to motivate their child be at school all day every day.
