1.  Title I Update

Root cause analysis

  1. 3A – Diagnose and respond to student learning needs.
    1. 3A4. Students monitor and track their own academic progress toward clearly established benchmarks and standards.
    2. ACTION – BLT will create common tools for teachers to use across the school for students to monitor and track their own academic progress – build rigor and student ownership of their work
  2. 3B – Provide rigorous evidence based instruction
    1. 3B2. Instructional staff use with high fidelity effective, differentiated, evidence‐based, and standards‐aligned instructional strategies and interventions to provide equitable access for all students to the Utah Core Standards (UCS).
    2. ACTION – Teachers will continue to develop instructional skills and ability to use data to drive instruction in PLCs – from the consultant observation – we want to have more DOK 3 and DOK 4 happening in classrooms
  3. 4A – Build strong community focused on learning
    1. 4A6. The school implements structures, policies, and routines for effective, focused, and collaborative work.
    2. ACTION – Turn PLCs over to teachers, build and use Common Formative Assessments to drive instruction
Turned in plan to district, once approved, it will be turned into the state.
