- We’ve started acadience testing but don’t have all the data yet
- For our plans–aides’ salary was higher than expected so we hired one less position than planned

- Parking Lot –
- Mike shared concerns with district – can we make corrections to make it better? Why was it done the way it was? Our school has less spots than other schools.
- We need to educate our parents on how to use the parking lot and follow the flow
- We have the overflow parking lot – not sure what it is for
- Follow up – it is for school events during the day, field trip parking, evening events, and for patrons who rent the fields after school school.
- Discussion on current practices of drop off amongst SCC members
- Ask a police officer to help families not block each other
- Morning is better b/c it’s staggered
- Make it so families go all around in the afternoon to fit in more cars
- SCC will continue to discuss best options and put in our Safe Routes Plan
- Inside/Outside Recess Protocol
- 23 degrees or below (including come inside)
- Air Quality – Red – everyone inside, Orange and Yellow – follow directions from parents/guardians

- When it is 95 degrees or higher –
- School encourages students to wear hats and sunscreen
- Families who reach out to the school can have their students stay inside
- Why don’t we have sun shades? Admin will find out.
